Cancellation Policy
1. Tech Dreams Store will only process a cancellation if the request is raised within 24-Hours of the order being placed.
2. Tech Dreams Store does not accept cancellation requests for preorder items.
3. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
4. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
Return/Refund
- Tech Dreams Store does not accept and returns under any circumstances.
- Refund are only processed for orders which are cancelled within 24-Hours of it being placed.
- It usually takes around 5-7 Business days for the refunded amount to reflect in the buyer’s account after the refund being initiated.
- If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyers bank account. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
